IGNOU extends registration deadline for fresh, re-registration admission of July 2024 courses

Interested students of the online courses can apply at the official IGNOU website -- ignouiop.samarth.edu.in. However, the ODL portal is ignouadmission.samarth.edu.in.

The Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) today extended the last date for fresh admission and re-registration of July 2024 session. As per the revised schedule, the deadline has been extended till August 31.

This registration deadline extension has been implemented for all programmes offered in ODL/ online mode.

Earlier, the deadline was extended till August 14, which has now been extended till August 31.

An applicant must have the following documents while applying for IGNOU courses:-

— Scanned Photograph (less than 100 KB)

— Scanned Signature (less than 100 KB)

— Scanned copy of relevant Educational Qualification (less than 200 KB)

— Scanned Copy of Experience Certificate (if any) (less than 200 KB)

— Scanned Copy of Category Certificate, if SC/ST/OBC (less than 200 KB)

For re-registration, the existing students who need to re-register for the next semester or academic year can do so through the re-registration portal. This process is crucial for continuing their studies without interruption.
