GSEB Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary exam 2016: Results declared

GSEB result 2016: For revaluation, the high school students can apply within seven days of the declaration of the result

GSEB results 2016: The Gujarat Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Board (GSHSEB) has released the results of Class 10 and Class 12 supplementary examination on July 26. The Board has conducted the supplementary exam in July 2016.

Once the results get declared, the school principals can collect the marksheets from the GSEB’s office in Gandhinagar.

Those students who are not satisfied with the results and want to head for revaluation have to pay Rs 100 as fees. The high school students have to apply in seven days post result declaration at the Gandhinagar headquarter. The Class 10 students can apply by August 5 at the Board’s office in Vadodara.

In case, some students do not receive their marksheets, they can apply within two days. Those candidates who did not attend the exam will not get the marksheets.

In this year’s Class 10 exam, the pass percentage was 67.06 per cent, an increase of 5.5 per cent. The girls continued to outshine boys by scoring over 9 per cent. This year, as claimed by the board, the results are being declared early as compared to previous years.

Over 5.5 lakh students have appeared for the SSC examination 2016 out of which 8284 students have scored 99 percentile. Among districts, Surat has recorded the highest passing percentage 71 per cent while Narmada district performance is the lowest at 32.56 per cent.
