CISCE ICSE and ISC results 2016: The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the results for Class 10 (ICSE) and Class 12 (ISC) 2016 examination.

The students can check the results on the board’s official websites — cisce.org or careers.cisce.org. Students can also check results through SMS.

The exams for both the classes started from February. On February 8, the ISC first exam was held, ICSE exams commenced from February 29 with English language paper.

The Council has today clarified that the students should ignore rumours or any other speculations as the results will be out as per the schedule.

According to an official notification, the results are being declared two weeks earlier than usual, due to the introduction of new technique LICR (Live Ink Character Recognition).

This technology captures and digitalises marks marks written on the top-sheet of every answer-sheet and instantly transfers this data from the evaluation centres to CISCE’s cloud-based servers.
