For weeks, the Central Board of Secondary Education has been trying to put a troubled exam season behind it. It hasn’t quite managed to do that. At the centre of the controversy once again is Class 12 student Vedant Shrivastava, whose case first brought national attention to concerns surrounding the CBSE re-evaluation process. Weeks after applying for a review of his Physics board examination paper, Vedant says he is still awaiting his re-evaluation result, despite the board indicating that most revised results have already been declared.
