Anna University exam 2015: Due to heavy rain in Chennai all exam cancelled
Due to heavy rainfall, Anna University has suspended all exams and classes scheduled between Nov 23 and 28 to heavy rain in Chennai and other parts of Tamil Nadu.
The revised date for examinations will be announced later.
Chennai and various other districts of Tamil Nadu including Tiruvallur, Kancheepuram, Tiruvarur, Nagapattinam, Vellore and Cuddalore have declared a holiday for schools and colleges today.
Earlier, Pondicherry University too has postponed examinations in the medical, engineering and MCA streams due to the rains. University Assistant Registrar, K Mahesh said in a release that the fresh dates will be released soon.
