UK’s Royal Military Academy hockey team visits NDA

The RMA team,headed by Maj Mick,PTO,comprised 14 male and 6 female players and was captained by Capt Hugo M’lullaugh.

The United Kingdom’s Royal Military Academy (RMA) hockey team,Sandhurst,visited National Defence Academy (NDA) on Thursday. As part of the visit,a friendly match was organised between RMA and NDA cadets at the NDA’s Astro Turf Ground. The RMA team,headed by Maj Mick,PTO (Chef de Mission),comprised 14 male and 6 female players and was captained by Capt Hugo M’lullaugh.

Rear Admiral Anand Iyer,officiating Commandant,NDA,Khadakwasla,was the chief guest. In a keenly contested match,RMA team emerged as winners (3-1), said a release issued by NDA.

A special screening of the motivational movie on NDA The standard Bearers was also organised for the visiting team. The officiating Commandant interacted with the visitors and answered variety queries related to training at the academy.
