Special round of CAP to begin tomorrow
The final allotment list will be displayed on the official website(https://pune.11thadmission.org.in/Public/Home.aspx ) of the School Education and Sports Department at 10am on July 24.

The special round 1 of the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) for First Year Junior College (FYJC) will begin on Monday.
The School Education and Sports Department announced the schedule for the special round after Round 3 ended with 5,344 more admissions on Friday. Students can edit and update their forms for the special round of CAP from 10am on July 17 to 10pm on July 20. Students can also make changes in their college preferences during this time.

The final allotment list will be displayed on the official website(https://pune.11thadmission.org.in/Public/Home.aspx ) of the School Education and Sports Department at 10am on July 24.
Students can get their documents verified and complete the admission process in the allotted college between 10am on July 24 to 6pm on July 27.
Unlike the regular rounds, if students do not take admission in the allotted college in the special round, they will not be blocked from later rounds. The vacant seats in minority institutions will be opened to students of all categories in this round.

“The process is going smoothly and we have taken the necessary care to ensure a seamless admission process,” according to Director of Education (Secondary and Higher Secondary) Sampat Suryawanshi.

A total of 44,206 students have taken admission. As many as 70,944 seats are still vacant.
