The weekend at the race course was one full of class and oomph. There was a full house at the race course as the S A Poonawalla Multi Millions took place on Sunday. The racing enthusiasts gathered at the race course to witness one of the finest races of the season. High Tea was hosted by the Poonawalla family for its guests at Members’ enclosure as Italian Singer Iriana entertained the audience by performing some all-time-favourite tracks. Ushma Agarwal and Shribala Chordia bagged the titles of the Best Dressed Women at the event. There was a contest of skills and the lucky winner had a chance to win a Maruti Car,LCD television and laptop.

On the other hand,The Konark Turf Challenge saw an ensemble of people from various walks of life coming together to celebrate the fashion and sport on Saturday. Dressed in high fashion wear,the afternoon saw a riot of glamour and fashion. There was an exquisite amalgamation of the elements of luxury that included RARO- bespoke Narendra Kumar designs,Revolutionary Art by Serigraph Studio and Luxury living honed by Konark Karia Builders,who created a magical experience of gourmet hors d’oeuvres,cocktails and the Derby.

Bollywood stars Mallika Sherawat and Vivek Oberoi performed the evening aarti for the Ganesha Chaturthi festivities at the Reliance Mart in Aundh this Sunday,September 23. The actors were in town to promote their new film Kismat Love Paisa Dilli,scheduled for release on October 5. After the aarti,the actors and audience witnessed a performance by Shiamak Davar’s Dance Academy troupe,who danced to the popular tunes of Kismat Love Paisa Dilli. The actors also interacted with the audience and treated some lucky winners to some chaat. “Mallika and I are extremely thrilled to promote our movie here,” said Oberoi.
