An art exhibition will be held at Inorbit Mall on September 8 and 9 from from 5 to 7 pm. Nine artists will come together to exhibit their work at the event. Professional artist J Srividhya will be displaying his remarkable painting inspired by his inner experience in meditation and tantra. Hobby artist,Sunayna Joshi loves to paint landscapes, portraits and nature. She believes there’s art hidden in each phase of life, from childhood to rebirth! We just have to blow off that dust and find that painting. Another city based free lance artist,Prashant Wagle says he derives his inspiration from spiritualism and has added mystic charms to his painting which is a clandestine interpretation of a Lord called Shiva-Ganesha. Still life, portrait sketches, landscapes, abstract, spiritual and modern art using water-colour,acrylic or oil will embellish the event. Following the exhibition, the paintings will be auctioned off on Sunday evening. The exhibition is a part of a fund raising programme for Teach For India.
