Union Minister of State for Chemical and Fertilisers Hansraj Ahir said his ministry has sent a Rs 700 crore proposal
to the finance ministry to revive the public sector enterprise Hindustan Antiobiotics (HA), Pimpri.

MPs Amal Sable and Anil Shirole had met Ahir a week ago to discuss the revival of HA. The meeting was held at Ahir’s cabin in New Delhi with HA managing director K V Verkey.

Sable said they discussed the pressing need for working capital and the sale of vacant land in the possession of HA, among other things.
