From paper sculptures to an Arangetram performance and a French Film Festival,the city art scene will be a kaleidoscope of art influences in the coming days
Art
* The routine expressions of life find varied expressions in Satish Ghatpandes paper sculptures. Ghatpande will be showcasing his exhibiton Paper Magic at the Indiaart Gallery from April 24 to May 2.
Dance
* Shades of bharatnatyam come alive with Nidhi Mehta’s Aarangetram. Class 9 student Nrityaprerna Dance Academy will perform on May 3 at the Bal Gandharva Rang Mandir at 4.30 pm.
Music
* The Music Clinic promises to bring a feeling of harmony to a persons mind,spirit and soul by organising a programme at the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad Auditorium,Koregaon Park on May 1,from 6 pm to 9 pm.

* The National Film Archive of India (NFAI) will be screening the French Film Festival from April 30 to May 3. A total of seven movies will be showcased at the festival.
* Percieve human rights through different frames in a festival of documentary films on Human Rights organised by Open Space,to be held on May 2,2009 between 10 am and 1pm and from 4 pm to 9pm at Patrakar Bhawan,Navipeth.
