festival at Whispering Bamboo in the city. Chef Wang Wen from Beijing will serenade tastebuds with dishes such as chicken suimai,spicy prawn and
coriander har gow,golden tofu with tangy sauce,
dry cooked chilli prawn,and ma po tofu veg. The
festival will be hosted until August 4 at the Vivanta
by Taj Blue Diamond restaurant.
Add a little South Indian tadka to the week with unlimited South Indian thali at Zambar. Chef Arun has put together lunch and dinner combinations with eight dishes from Kerala,Karnataka,Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh. The thali will be served through the week,along with a choice of appam or Malabar parota and rice.

Enjoy an assortment of Italian dishes such as Tortellini alla crema di funghi,selezione di dolce alla Valentino and Assortimento antipasto con salmone at the Italian Food Festival being hosted at The Eye Club,The Hotel Hindustan International. Starting today,the festival will continue till August 11. The delicacies will be served by corporate Chef Utpal Mondal,who has flown down to the city from Kolkata,and executive chef Subhajit Sadhukan.
Chef Duminda from Galle,Sri Lanka,is crafting authentic cuisines such as fish roe and polos badum,Kaberanka,Jackfruit and Gotukola white curry at the ongoing Sri Lankan Food Festival at Sen5es,Oakwood Premier,happening till this Sunday,from 7 pm onwards.
