Last chance for students to get admissions in Class XI

The students who haven't yet got admission in classXI in any stream will have a last chance to secure their seat on Saturday.

The students who haven’t yet got admission in classXI in any stream will have a last chance to secure their seat on Saturday. The centralised admission process committee has decided to give admissions to such students on the vacant seats from 11 am to 2 pm.

According to assistant director of education department V M Gaikwad,the list will be displayed only in S P College on Saturday. “The students will have to come there and secure the admission on available vacant seats on the spot,” he said.

He also clarified that the admissions could be given only on the vacant seats and not in any junior college. “There are very few seats of science and commerce stream available in colleges. On the other hand,many arts seats are vacant,” he said.

Meanwhile,state education minister Radhakrishna Vikhe- Patil will be conducting a meeting on Sunday to decide on the admissions to be given to the students who will opt for ATKT facility.
