‘I wrote my papers with only 2 fingers’

Divyansh Khare,who hails from Nagpur and is a student of Goodwill English School at Sukhsagar,was denied admission to many schools in Nagpur because of his disability and had to move to Pune to get education. Here he was admitted to Goodwill English School.

Divyansh Khare,who hails from Nagpur and is a student of Goodwill English School at Sukhsagar,was denied admission to many schools in Nagpur because of his disability and had to move to Pune to get education. Here he was admitted to Goodwill English School.

Khare,who was born with severe disability,scored 67.64 per cent in SSC exam. Out of four limbs,he has only one. “Because of my disability I had to struggle a lot. I wrote my papers with only two fingers,” said Khare,who wants to become an astronomer.

“I am interested in the studies of planets and stars. Now,I will take up computer science which will help me in my pursuit of taking up a career in astronomy,” he said.

Divyansh gives credit to his parents,teacher and friends for his success. “Since nursery I am studying in this school and have many friends here. My friends are very supporting and have been helping me in realising my dream,” he said.
