The police tracked him down to Pune after a 68-year-old resident of Kharghar filed a complaint against him for cheating him out of gold ornaments in July.
”The Kharghar resident had gone to make some purchases in the market. He was stopped by the accused on the road. The accused showed him his identity card. The accused told the resident that the police had arrested one person after confiscating ganja from his residence.
