A 23-year-old youth from Pune photographed a Domino’s Pizza delivery boy riding on a bike stuffed with garbage bags inside a delivery box.
Udit Sathaye, who clicked the images, uploaded them to Twitter on Friday afternoon. It was retweeted 412 times at the time of filing this story.

Udit approached the man outside the Domino’s outlet located in Warje, Pune and asked him why he had stuffed garbage bags inside the delivery box. The man apologised and unloaded the bags, but not before Udit clicked a few pictures.
Domino’s Pizza India immediately contacted him on Twitter requesting for his phone number.
@uditss @dominos Pl reply to the DM sent to you

Vaishali, Domino’s guest relations officer, called Udit on the same day and requested him to “delete the tweet”.
At this point, his tweet has already been retweeted 150+ times. Udit refused to take it down immediately and said “I want more people to know about this incident”.
Later in the evening, Udit got a call from Domino’s West Zone India head Naveen Kapoor. “Sir what can we do to make it up to you,” said Naveen.
Udit requested him to either shutdown the outlet or issue a public apology.
Naveen offered to write Udit a personal apology letter saying that “this was a one off incident” and that “they have strict checks in place”.
Udit refused to believe him and ended the call.

Udit wants the outlet shutdown
@dominos_india if it is against company policy then ‘appropriate action’ should be to shut the outlet. @dominos
