Over 200 cyclists to ride 174km to promote mental health awareness

(File Photo/Representative) Mpower, the mental healthcare initiative by the Aditya Birla Education Trust, on Tuesday announced the fifth edition of their charity cycling event `Ride to Mpower’ in which over 200 cyclists will cover a distance of 174km from Pune to Mumbai between February 24 and 25.
Spearheaded by Neerja Birla, founder and chairperson of Aditya Birla Education Trust, the event is set to unite over 200 professional cyclists and hundreds of fitness enthusiasts. “Beyond the kilometers covered, it is about the collective effort of individuals who want to support the cause of raising awareness for mental health,” Parveen Shaikh, vice president (operations) Mpower told The Indian Express.
