Forbes Marshall on Friday announced a joint venture with Vyncke Energietechniek n. v.,which has its headquarters in Belgium. Forbesvyncke will be the name of the new entity.
The MOU was signed by Naushad Forbes and Peter Vyncke in the presence of Rahul Bajaj,chairman Bajaj Auto Ltd. Paul Breyne,Governor of West Flanders, Jean-Joel Schittecatte,Consul General,Belgium were also present on the occasion. The new joint venture company will cater to a broad spectrum of industrial energy users,namely textiles and garments,pharmaceuticals,breweries and distilleries,food processing and agro industries,tyres and rubber,chemicals and the dairy sector. ” Forbesvyncke boilers have the lowest cost of ownership because of high efficiency,minimal residue and low maintenance. They are environment friendly with reduced emissions. The compact skid design ensures that customers spend a minimum on peripheral and civil cost. The state of art combustion technology ensures zero down time for a 24 x 7 operation,” stated a press release issued by the company.
As a result of this joint venture,Forbesvyncke would offer steam,hot water boilers,thermic fluid heaters and power plants with patented combustion technologies for biomass, coal and boilers for special fuels like industrial waste and municipal waste and energy plants for the ply industry.
