The chargesheet states that the victim met Falcao after prayers on January 1 and he allegedly asked her to return the next day.

On January 2,she met him after 1 pm when the school was over and he allegedly asked her to come to his cabin as he wanted to show her some files. When she went in,Falcao allegedly molested her and tried to rape her. She escaped and three of her friends saw her coming out crying. When they enquired, she narrated what happened and went home.

The students, whose statements the police have taken, said Falcao used to insult her in class and allegedly used obscene words, too.

The complaint was filed on January 21 and the accused was arrested the same day. He was granted bail in the first week of February. The school initially claimed the victim had not come to school on the day of the incident but police later proved she and the accused were both present,as per cell phone location records.
