Uddhav’s Shiv Sena is driven by ‘greed for power’: Fadnavis

Later speaking to media on political developments and the reunion of Thackerays, Fadnavis said their “true character has been exposed.”

“The people will see through your real nature and objective of politics. Uddhav Thackeray and his army ‘UBT’s true character and face have been revealed by whom they handed over the state to in their greed for power. If they ally with people who engage in anti-national, anti-religion and anti-humanity activities merely for vote appeasement, then the public will give them a befitting response,” Fadnavis said.

While exuding confidence that the BJP-led Mahayuti will emerge victorious in the upcoming BMC polls on the basis of development agenda, the CM said, “People will judge us through our work.”

Unfortunately, he said, “There are some who indulge in appeasement politics. Their sole concern is greed for power.”
