Two more cases of swine flu were reported in the city on Thursday,taking the total number of positive cases to 13. A 28-year-old woman from Andheri and a 37-year-old man from Sewri are the latest victims.
Both patients have been administered tamiflu and are taking treatment on an OPD basis from private doctors. They are both stable, said Dr M Gomare,assistant health officer of the BMC.
A 23-year-old,who was the first H1N1 patient to be admitted to the Kasturba Hospital this season,has been discharged.
After a lull of almost a year,the swine flu virus re-emerged this year,starting with a six-year-old boy from Mulund testing positive last month.
