Suresh Bhagat murder: Witness turns hostile

A witness in the murder of matka king Suresh Bhagat turned hostile on Wednesday before the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court.

A witness in the murder of matka king Suresh Bhagat turned hostile on Wednesday before the special Maharashtra Control of Organised Crime Act (MCOCA) court.

Rahul Raje Dravid retracted from his earlier statement,which gave details on the alleged contract killing,according to which a truck driver was paid to run over the car in which Bhagat was travelling.

However,special public prosecutor Kalpana Chavan claimed this would not hurt the case as a key accused,Kiran Pujari,has turned approver.
