The girl agreed. After a short drive, however,Agarwal allegedly began touching her inappropriately.

The girl resisted but could not get out of the car and Agarwal allegedly continued to moles her.

He later left on the road and fled.

“We suspected the accused might have done this before. At 7 am Friday,we laid a trap. We noticed a car approaching a school girl and nabbed the driver,” said inspector L G Shinde.

Samta Nagar police officers said the teen identified the accused. “We have arrested the accused under IPC section 354,” said Shinde.
