Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday said the government is committed to strengthen the existing infrastructure in courts.
At a launching of the new court building at Kolhapur, the chief minister said, “My government is committed to provide best infrastructure to strengthen the functioning in the courts.”
“The citizens of our country have maximum faith in the judiciary…,” he added. Fadnavis said, “Today, the world is looking up to India with great expectations as an investment destination. While we have taken decisions for ease of doing business, it is important to ensure good law and order situation.”
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken the initiative of Make in India. To achieve the goals for greater investment and restore the faith of investors in the country, it is important to sustain good law and order and judicial system, the CM said.
The acting Chief Justice of Bombay High Court, Justice Vijaya Tahilramani, and senior minister for Public Works Department Chandrakant Patil were present at the inauguration of the court building.
