A sessions court on Friday reserved the order until January 18 on the anticipatory bail application of Munir Khan, the self-proclaimed creator of a wonder drug. Khan, accused of selling bottles of Body Revival at Rs 15,000/100 ml and claiming that they would cure diseases ranging from AIDS to cancer, had moved the court after Versova police filed a case against him and son Mushir.

The police had received several complaints from people who had approached Khan for the ‘wonder drug’ and later realised that they had been cheated. While Khan maintained that he is a scientist and has invented a new drug, his son claimed in his application that he had no knowledge about his father’s invention.
