City Briefs : 2003 blasts: HC verdict on death sentence confirmation today

Eight years after Mumbai was rocked by twin blasts at the Gateway of India and Zaveri Bazaar,the Bombay High Court is scheduled to pronounce its verdict on the confirmation of death sentences in the case on Monday. Three convicts were sentenced to death by the trial court last year,following which the matter was sent to the High Court for confirmation as required by the law.
