CIDCO houses e-registrations still on in Taloja, Dronagiri

All the processes related to Mass Housing Scheme 2024, from registration and application to lottery, will be conducted in an easy, transparent and online manner. The computerised lottery for the scheme will be held on April 19, 2024.

"Under the scheme, 3,322 tenements have been made available for EWS and General Category citizens in well-connected Taloja and Dronagiri nodes. I appeal that more and more citizens should take benefits of the scheme to fulfil their dream of a home," Anil Diggikar Vice-Chairman & Managing Director, CIDCO said

CIDCO has launched a Mass Housing Scheme under which 3,322 tenements have been made available in Taloja and Dronagiri nodes of Navi Mumbai. The online registration for the houses started on January 26, 2024.

Out of the 3,322 tenements, 312 tenements–61 in Dronagiri and 251 in Taloja–are available for EWS under the PMAY while 3,010 tenements–374 in Dronagiri and 2,636 in Taloja–are available for the general category.
