Young Indians (YI) Ludhiana chapter celebrated National Youth Day on January 12 at Bal Bhawan,Ludhiana with kids from an orphanage.
More than 50 saplings were planted inside the Bal Bhawan premises,followed by members interaction with kids on the importance of safe environment,role of trees and plants in making the environment cleaner and greener.
Arjun Bhakoo,Young Indians Ludhiana Committee Member also spoke about personal hygiene and how to lead a healthy life.
Young Indians Ludhiana Vice Chairperson Sifti Riat said the objective of Young Indians is to provide a platform for the youth to realise the dream of developed nation.
Every year,across the country,YI observes the National Youth Day. The Young Indians Ludhiana Chapter is the 25th chapter of National YI,launched recently.
