Kiran Pal Singh,20,was arrested from Hoshiarpur on Friday and 250 gm heroin was recovered from him. Police arrested the accused following a tip-off. The recovered heroine costs Rs 1.25 crore in international market. In another case,anti Ajay Kumar was arrested with 30 gm heroin costing Rs 15 lakh.
