After the police seized psychotropic drugs worth Rs 7 crore from a godown in Transport Nagar on September 19,another major recovery of drugs worth Rs 10 crore has been made by the police.

Not only these drugs have been recovered from the factory of the same accused at Baderan village near Baddi in Himachal Pradesh,his nine accomplices have also been arrested.

However,the main accused,Nitin Goyal,his father Pawan Goyal of Moga and Kapil Soni of Haibowal of Ludhiana are still absconding.

After getting the search warrant from the court,the police raided the Himachal factory on Monday and made the recovery,including 25 kg drug powder,1.05 lakh injections,1.50 lakh empty vials and 8 lakh wrappers. The police also recovered two salts,Buprenorphine (277 gm) and Diazepam (500 gm),that cost Rs 9.25 crore in the market.

Addressing a press conference on Tuesday,Police Commissioner P S Gill said the factory,GBS Pharmaceuticals,was owned by Pawan Goyal,Nitin Goyal and their relatives Krishan Kumar,Bal Kishan and Sadhu Singh.
