PSPCL starts Sangat Darshan for consumers

On special from Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal,Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) has started Sangat Darshan programmes for the masses across the state. Chief Engineer P S Gill had a sitting at Mandi Ahmedgarh on February 4,which was attended by more than 100 farmers. Nearly 15 complaints related to overloading of transformers were solved on the spot,said Gill.

According to the complaints of farmers,overloading is a big problem due to which they were not getting eight hours’ power supply to run their tubewells. Gill said the problem had been rectified in 80 out of the 121 transformers in the division,adding that the rest would be taken care of by March.

The Jandiali village panchayat gifted one-acre land to PSPCL to upgrade a grid for the division.
