Members of the Maha Sabha on Thursday wrote an open letter to Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal and raised many questions.
Col (retd) J S Brar said that during the Lok Sabha election, they had called all the candidates individually and asked their stand on corruption and inflation.
Jaswant Jheerakh, general secretary of the Sabha, added, “Though time-bound works need to be done under the Right to Service Act, corruption still rules and no deadline is met.”
The members also raised questions over law and order situation, lack of facilities in educational institutions, unemployment and many other issues.
The members said that the CM must see the real situation in the state and act accordingly as already people had showed their anger against the state government in the Lok Sabha polls.
