Ludhiana: Navroop Kaur of BA-II of Ramgarhia Girls College,Miller Ganj,scored 86% and stood first in Panjab University,while the second and third positions were secured by Harsimranjit Singh with 79.87% and Karamjit Kaur 75.43%. Principal Dr Narinder Sandhu congratulated the staff members of the Arts Department and all the students for their success in the university examinations.

Awareness session on drug addiction held

LUDHIANA: To promote drug de-addiction among factory workers and other sections of society,the CII Ludhiana Chapter organised an awareness session at Shingora Textiles Limited,Ludhiana. Dr Rajesh Thapar and Dr S K Prabhaker were the key speakers for this session. In his opening remarks,Neeraj Satija,Convener,CII Ludhiana City Development Core Group stressed that the need of an hour is to make our society strong and healthy.
