City school celebrates foundation day
Kundan Vidya Mandir celebrated its Founder's Day in memory of Rai Sahib Kundan Lal.
Kundan Vidya Mandir celebrated its Founder’s Day in memory of Rai Sahib Kundan Lal. A grand function was organized in the school auditorium. The whole campus was beautifully decorated.
Ishwar Singh,IPS,Commissioner of Police,Ludhiana was the chief guest on the occasion. He also planted a sapling.
The function started after lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the chief guest. The other dignitaries present on the occasion were Ashwani Kumar,school manager; Dr Lajpat Rai and other members of the school managing committee. The celebrations included a wide variety of cultural items like songs,musical drama,instrumental music and folk dances. The performers set the stage on fire with their thrilling performances.
