Paper by PAU scientist declared ‘best’ at national symposium

The research paper ‘Indigenous technical knowledge and farmers’ participation approach for sustainable agriculture and bio-diversity conservation’ by Dilbag Singh of Department of Vegetable Crops,presented in the national symposium on ‘Innovative and modern technology for agricultural productivity,food security and environmental management’ held at Bangalore,was rated as the best paper. Dr D S Khurana,Head of Department of Vegetable Crops congratulated Singh,who is working on crop improvement in water melon and cucumber for resistance to biotic and abiotic stresses.
