The police on Sunday arrested three members of the Chhota Lal gang identified as Sonu Sidhu alias Bullet,Baljinder Singh alias Sapp and Ravinder alias Ravi Canadian.

Assistant Sub-Inspector Krishan Lal from division number 4 police station arrested the accused near the railway lines at Damoria bridge.

Addressing a press conference,Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police Nilambari Vijay Jagdale said accused Sonu Sidhu was the main member of the gang. Various cases of loot,theft and other crimes were registered against the gang.

He was wanted in many cases registered at division number 4 police station and was released after seven years from Central Jail earlier too, she added.

Till now,the police have arrested 14 members of the Chotta Lal gang and its rival Sachin Mohini gang.
