Pawan Yadav,an accused in the DSP Ziaul Haque murder case and brother of slain pradhan of Balipur Nanhey, has written a letter to the CBI court from jail seeking its intervention in getting fresh FIRs filed into the murders of the pradhan and his brother Suresh.
In a letter,Pawan has accused Kunda MLA and former minister Raghuraj Pratap Singh alias Raja Bhaiyya and the latters close relative Akshay Pratap Singh for killing his brothers. He has alleged that the FIRs,which were lodged earlier into the two murders were based on the complaint drafted by Akshay Pratap Singh,a Samajwadi Party MLC. According to Pawan,Akshay Pratap had forced him and his brother Phoolchand to follow his instructions while writing the complaints.
In his earlier complaint submitted to the police,Phoolchand had named Kamta Pal,his son Ajay, brothers of Raja Bhaiyyas driver Guddu Singh Rajeev and Ajit for the murder of Nanhey. In the complaint about the murder of Suresh, pawn had named Kamta Pals son Vijay, his grandson Sanjay,Raj Kumar and Guddu Singh. In the latest letter,Pawan has alleged that all these persons were named by Akshay Pratap Singh to mislead the investigation.
Pawans counsel,Basant Lal Yadav, said the letter was received at the court on April 18 and the court forwarded it to the concerned authorities, which include CBI Director,UP DGP,CBI special crime Joint Director,Allahabad zone IG,Allahabad Range DIG and Pratapgarh SP on April 22.
