The Chief Judicial Magistrate of Faizabad,Gyan Prakash,issued orders for the attachment of property of absconding Faizabad MP Mitrasen Yadav,in an attempt to murder case.
On July 24,2001,a case was registered at the Inayatnagar police station against Mitrasen Yadav,his son MLA Anandsen and three associates,in which they are accused of attempt to murder and attack.
Government counsel Vishwanath Tripathi said: Mitrasen and Anandsen along with Sai Charan,Ram Sewak and Bhagwant were accused of trying to kill Suraj Karan Pandey,a local political worker of Milkipur Tehsil in Faizabad district.
An arrest warrant has already been issued against Mitrasen. As the local police have failed to arrest him,the court on Friday started the process to attach his property under Section 82 of the CrPC,added Tripathi.
