‘Corporates creating favourable atmosphere for Modi’

Alleging corporate houses are creating favourable atmosphere for BJP leader Narendra Modi,CPM general secretary Prakash Karat today said Gujarat Chief Minister’s “development and good governance” issues suit their interests.

“Amidst growing unemployment,corruption,price rise,and disenchantment due to anti-people policies of the UPA government,corporate houses are making favourable atmosphere for Modi. The truth about his good governance and development is that they suit corporate houses,” Karat said during an election rally here.

To fulfil their dream to capture power at the Centre,the BJP and RSS are making Uttar Pradesh a “laboratory of communal politics and dividing people and orchestrating riots”,he said.

“The issue today is not of changing the government. Our objective is to change the policies so they benefit the common man,” Karat said.
