West Bengal Governor CV Ananda Bose came out with a sharp attack against West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee over an oath-taking row between two TMC MLAs and Raj Bhavan, saying, “Raj Bhavan neither cares for the absurd machinations nor deems it appropriate to respond to waste-bin material.”
