The incident occurred in the morning when Ravi Shankar,of Khoda colony in Ghaziabad, was on his black Bajaj Pulsar motorbike with his cousin Mahavir of Narelas Goga village, the police said. After the murder,Mahavir escaped from the spot and is absconding. Delhi Police constable Kailash, deployed as driver with Deputy Commissioner of Police (Anti-Corruption),in his statement said,I was at the bus stand when I saw the youths driving close to me brandishing country-made pistols.
