A Delhi court has issued open non-bailable warrants against five persons who went abroad on fake travel documents by allegedly cheating the Canadian Embassy here.

A Delhi court has issued open non-bailable warrants against five persons who went abroad on fake travel documents by allegedly cheating the Canadian Embassy here. The court allowed a request of the CBI to issue the warrants against Rooh Ram,Nirmal Singh,Kewal Singh,Pritpal Singh and Tarsem,who obtained visas allegedly through fraudulent means by conspiring with a Canadian embassy official and a travel agent. The CBI had in December 2001 filed a chargesheet in the case allegedly involving Preeti Grower,an immigration programme officer,travel agents Kanwaljeet Singh and Ajeet Kumar,charging them with criminal conspiracy,cheating and using forged documents.
