Voters will be able to get errors in their voter IDs corrected after July 16. Responding to queries regarding errors and discrepancies in electoral rolls and errors in IDs during the Lok Sabha election,Election Minister Mangat Ram Singhal said all errors will be fixed at centres set up by the Election Office in different areas. “Voters will have to fill the relevant forms and get the errors corrected,” Singhal said. Responding to MLA Veer Singh Dhingon on the issue of 2,000 voters being removed from the electoral list in Gokulpuri prior to the general elections,as the areas fell in Ghaziabad,Singhal said the case was in the Delhi High Court and the voters have been asked to get in touch with the electoral office to clarify the details of their residence.
