Uber victim to challenge High Court order

Presently, the fast track court is recording the testimony of the victim as per the High Court order.

The 25-year-old woman who was allegedly raped in an Uber cab in December last year hired human rights lawyer Colin Gonsalves on Saturday to challenge the Delhi High Court order to recall 13 prosecution witnesses in the ongoing trial at a Delhi fast track court.

“I will move the Supreme Court on Monday challenging the Delhi High Court order allowing the defence plea to recall 13 prosecution witnesses,” Gonsalves told The Indian Express.
