Two domestic helps were rescued from a paying guest accommodation in Greater Noida on Sunday.
Police said Babu Yadav (18) and his brother Billoo were being held captive by their employer.
Yadav said he was working as a cook for the owner of the PG accommodation,and alleged that he had not been paid for the past six months.
Police said when Yadav tried to leave his job,he was locked up by his employer. He then informed Billoo about his plight,who tried to rescue his brother. But,Billoo was also held captive by the employer,police said.
Their relatives lodged an FIR at the Kasna police station against the employer.
We have rescued the two servants from a locked room at the PG house. They have been sent for a medical examination as they have injuries on their bodies, police said. A case has been registered against the PG owner,who is absconding.
