Three held with fake notes

Three persons,including a teenager,have been arrested allegedly with fake currency having a face value of Rs 5,500.

Three persons,including a teenager,have been arrested allegedly with fake currency having a face value of Rs 5,500. Deepak (19),Ali Hussain (33) and Keshav Botham (33) were arrested after a tip-off that a person will come near Khalsa College to allegedly supply counterfeit notes,a senior police officer said. A trap was laid and the trio were arrested. The police claim to have recovered material used to print counterfeit notes — coloured printer cartridges and paper.
