Rape accused sodomised by 3 minors at juvenile home

A 16-year-old boy,an accused in a rape case,was allegedly sodomised by three minors inside Sewa Kutir observation centre in Northwest Delhi’s Mukherjee Nagar area.

The boy complained to the counsellor,after which a PCR call was made and a case was registered at Mukherjee Nagar police station. “The victim told the counsellor that he was taken to the washroom by the three minors and sodomised. The three boys then threatened him of dire consequences. The victim revealed the incident when the counsellor asked him about his stay at the Kutir,” police said.

“A medical examination confirmed sexual assault,” police said.

The three accused in the case were apprehended and case under Section 377 (sodomy) and Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act was registered against them. The accused will be produced before the juvenile board,police said.
