Residents of several areas in South Delhi will have to go without electricity on Sunday as a transmission line will be shut down to facilitate maintenance work at a sub-station.
Power supply will be affected between 7 am and 4 pm in Kalkaji,parts of C R Park,Greater Kailash I and II,Govindpuri,East of Kailash,Okhla Industrial area and Nehru Place.
Delhi Transco Ltd,the utility which maintains the major transmission network in the city,is carrying out maintenance work at its 220-KV sub-station in Okhla.
