Kejriwal is a dishonest leader: BJP MP Tejasvi Surya at Delhi roadshow

Express photo by Abhinav Saha The youth of the country understands the development politics of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which is why it stands with the BJP with full enthusiasm, said Tejasvi Surya, the National President of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha, Sunday, as he spearheaded a roadshow from the Shiv temple at Kewal Park, Azadpur, to endorse the party’s candidate from Chandni Chowk, Praveen Khandelwal.
“The youth of the country has come to know that unity and progress are possible only through Modi ji,” Surya said.
He also targeted AAP convener and Delhi Chief Minister, Arvind Kejriwal, claiming that he is a “dishonest leader” who lacks credibility. “The truth of his claims of good schools, mohalla clinics, and clean politics in Delhi already stands revealed. The people of Delhi have completely lost their faith in the AAP,” said the Bangalore South MP.
Khandelwal, meanwhile claimed the Opposition wants to divide the country along economic, regional, religious, and caste lines.
Khandelwal later reached his polling booth, Kucha Pati Ram in Sita Ram Bazar, along with BJP workers for door-to-door distribution of voter slips.
“Khandelwal’s childhood was spent in these streets and every household here has a close relationship with him. Hence, this journey is very special and close to his heart,” the BJP said.
