At the office in Paharganj,he was provided a confirmed train ticket to Mumbai. The ticket had been procured in March under a false name. As the complainant did not want to travel on someone else’s ticket,he asked for a refund, but the travel agent refused.”

Following this, the Crime Branch raided the office and arrested Raj. A total of 69 confirmed tickets of various trains for July 4 were recovered from his possession.

During questioning,Raj said he worked for one Lalit who had contacts with several touts at railway stations, police said. Police are looking for Lalit.
